I received a damaged product. What should I do?
Send us an explanation of the problem and pictures of the defective product to customercare@supercloth.com We will be happy to help you. To speed up the resolution, please include the order number in the message.
Is it possible to return an order?
The customer has a 30-day cooling-off period. Return procedures are outlined in the Returns and Refunds section.
