Thank you for shopping at SuperCloth. We are committed to providing you with the best products and services possible. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item valued over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
